We take the security of your order very seriously. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your online order information. SSL is the widely accepted protocol that protects data sent between your computer and our web site. It prevents unauthorized parties from gaining access to sensitive information such as a phone number, address or credit card number.
When you place an order, you submit information to our secure site. You can tell that you are accessing a secure site in two ways.
The "http" in the web address is changed to "https".
Depending on the internet browser you are using, you see a close pad lock or a solid key at the lower left or lower right corner of your web browser.
We do not accept orders by email because information transmitted via email may not be secure. If you prefer to place an order by phone, you may call us at 800-394-2387. Although we may not always be able to answer your call immediately, we promise to call you back within 24 hours during our business hours. You may also send us an email and request that we call you.
The personal information you submit to us is stored only at our secure server. No unauthorized party can access it.
Shipping and Handling
Standard Domestic Shipping (4-7 business days):
Orders are shipped from California and our standard domestic shipping rate is $5 flat up to $50 order total. Orders with $50 or more receive free shipping.
If you received free shipping and want to return or exchange, and the balance falls below the free shipping minimum order requirement, $5 shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
Please note that we use USPS and UPS for standard shipping. Delivery takes approximately 4 - 7 business days from the day you place the order.

Expedited orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday and are shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx via 2nd Day Air service. See above table for the express shipping rates.
For remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii, additional fee may apply.
Shipping to Canada (5 - 10 business days):
We ship to Canada, and only standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $12. Canadian customers can check out through our on-line store. It may take up to 10 business days for the order to arrive. Please note that the delivery time is NOT guaranteed, as international shipments may experience unexpected delays. Shipments to Canada are not insured and we are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us, if you wish to insure your package. Also any customs taxes, if applicable, are paid by the customer.

All regular or sale items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the arrival date. Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags attached.
Domestic exchange shipping is free. Fill out the merchandise return form completely on the packing slip and include it with the return merchandise. We recommend that you return the merchandise by a traceable shipping method and insure it. Refund or exchange will be made within 5 days of the receipt of the return and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Clearance or special ordered items are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Little Boy Chic.
All clearance items are marked with "(c)" at the end of the item name.
We offer free shipping for all domestic exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Customers are responsible for the returning postage.
If you received free shipping and/or discount for the order and want to return or exchange, and the balance falls below the free shipping and/or discount minimum order requirement, the applicable shipping charge and/or discount amount will be deducted from your return.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, you may do so within two hours of submitting the order. You may change or cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 800. 394. 2387.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
We do not accept international credit cards, except Canadian ones.
We offer $1 gift wrapping everyday for US and Canada deliveries. We'll also include a free handwritten card for your message.
Just click the gift wrap option during checkout. We gift wrap the entire order in one gift box.
You may request that we gift wrap each item individually. Please provide a specific gift wrap instruction during checkout. Each additional gift wrap is $1 per item and will be added when we process your order.
During November and December, holiday gift wrap is used unless you specify in the comment box during checkout that you'd like "general gift wrap".
We do not offer gift wraps for international orders other than Canada.
For all gift registry orders, gift wrapping is always free.

Our customers do not pay sales taxes because we pay them.
When you order an item on backorder, your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. If the actual ship date is later than the estimated ship date, we will notify you by email. Please email us at email@example.com to inquire about your backorder or any other questions.
