When you shop with us at Little Boy Chic or communicate with us online, we may collect information from you to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using this information you provide responsibly. By visiting with us, your are accepting our privacy policy.
We do not share personal information (such as email address, phone number, or credit card number) you provide us when you make a purchase, request information, subscribe to our mailing list, enter a contest or a promotion. Furthermore, the information is maintained in private files on our secure web server and our internal systems. We will never sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
We may provide links to other sites that we feel may be useful to you. Those web sites have their own privacy policies which are not controlled by Little Boy Chic. We recommend that you review the policies of those sites.
We may use a feature of your internet browser called "cookies" to recognize you and remember items you placed in your shopping cart. Cookies are bits of information that are stored on your computer by your internet browser. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information such as your name, address or credit card number. We may also use cookies to find out whether you came to Little Boy Chic from a particular internet link or where in our web site you visit so that we may provide better service to you in the future. You can set your internet browsers to refuse cookies but your shopping experience will be enhanced if you accept them.
When you subscribe to our mailing list, you will only receive emails from Little Boy Chic regarding new products, promotions or sales. We do not share our mailing list with anyone. You may unsubscribe anytime by clicking the unsubscribe button on the email newsletter.
Security
We take the security of your order very seriously. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your online order information. SSL is the widely accepted protocol that protects data sent between your computer and our web site. It prevents unauthorized parties from gaining access to sensitive information such as a phone number, address or credit card number.
When you place an order, you submit information to our secure site. You can tell that you are accessing a secure site in two ways.
• The "http" in the web address is changed to "https".
• Depending on the internet browser you are using, you see a close pad lock or a solid key at the lower left or lower right corner of your web browser.
We do not accept orders by email because information transmitted via email may not be secure. If you prefer to place an order by phone, you may call us at 949-370-9755. Although we may not always be able to answer your call immediately, we promise to call you back within 24 hours during our business hours. You may also send us an email and request that we call you.
The personal information you submit to us is stored only at our secure server. No unauthorized party can access it.
Shipping and Handling
Standard Domestic Shipping (4-7 business days):
Our standard domestic shipping rate is $6 flat up to $75 order total. Orders with $75 or more receive free shipping.
If you received free shipping and want to return or exchange, and the balance falls below the free shipping minimum order requirement, $6 shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
Please note that We use USPS, DHL or UPS for standard shipping. Delivery takes approximately 4 - 7 business days from the day you place the order.

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is always by USPS Priority Service, with no additional charge.
Sorry, we do not ship to military addresses at this time.
Express Domestic Shipping (3 business days):
We are happy to expedite the order for an additional charge. Expedited orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday and are shipped by USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS.
See above table for the express shipping charge.
For remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii, add $20 to standard shipping charge.
Shipping to Canada (5 - 10 business days):
We ship to Canada, and only standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $16. Canadian customers can check out through our on-line store. It may take up to 10 business days for the order to arrive.
Other International Shipping (6 - 10 business days):
Customers from the following countries can use our on-line store to place an order. Please note that only Paypal payment is accepted.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and UK.
Our standard carrier is Global Priority Mail by US Postal Service.

International customers who reside in other countries can contact us to place an order.
All regular or sale items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the shipping date. Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags attached.
Clearance, custom-ordered and personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All clearance items are marked with "(c)" at the end of the item name.
If you received free shipping for the order and want to return or exchange, and the balance falls below the free shipping minimum order requirement, the applicable shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
Customers are responsible for the returning postage and all domestic exchange orders are charged a flat rate shipping cost of $6, unless an error was made by us.
Please contact us to return the items shipped outside the US.
Fill out the merchandise return form completely on the packing slip and include this slip with the merchandise you wish to return. We recommend that you return the merchandise by a traceable shipping method and insure it. Refund or exchange will be promptly made once we receive your package and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, you may do so within two hours of submitting the order. You may change or cancel your order by emailing us at service@littleboychic.com. Of course, you may call us as well.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Gift Wrap
We offer $1 gift wrapping everyday for US and Canada deliveries. We'll also include a free handwritten card for your message.
Just click the gift wrap option during checkout. We gift wrap the entire order in one gift box.
You may request that we gift wrap each item individually. Please provide a specific gift wrap instruction during checkout. Each additional gift wrap is $1 per item and will be added when we process your order.
During November and December, holiday gift wrap is used unless you specify in the comment box during checkout that you'd like "general gift wrap".
We do not offer gift wraps for international orders other than Canada.
For all gift registry orders, gift wrapping is always free.

Sales tax of 7.75% is charged to orders shipped to an address in California.

Backorder
When you order an item on backorder, your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. If the actual ship date is later than the estimated ship date, we will notify you by email. Please email us at order@littleboychic.com to inquire about your backorder or service@littleboychic.com for any other questions.
